the faces behind PATHS

Tyler Vivian
Founder & Workshop Leader
Tyler is no stranger to the joys and challenges of church music. With over 15 years of experience serving on music teams—both as an instrumentalist and a leader—he brings a rich understanding of the unique dynamics of worship ministry. Trained as a professional musician at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Tyler combines technical excellence with a deep passion for building up the church through music.

His heart for equipping others has led him to develop the PATHS framework—a tool designed to support church musicians as they grow in both skill and spiritual maturity and seek to glorify God. He is currently pursuing theological studies at Reformed Theological College, grounding PATHS workshops in sound doctrine and a Christ-centred vision for worship.
Elana Vivian
Admin and Customer Service
Ellie is passionate about helping churches flourish in every corner—from crèche to morning tea. With a heart for seeing people of all ages and abilities know, love, and serve Jesus, she brings warmth, insight, and clarity to her work with PATHS.

As a qualified occupational therapist, Ellie is known for asking thoughtful, often unexpected questions—the kind that spark vision, bring focus, and make planning and goal-setting more effective. She currently serves in kids' ministry at her local church, leads a Christian mums’ group, and runs a business offering Christ-centred occupational therapy services. These experiences have equipped her with a unique blend of ministry, leadership, and administrative skills.

In 2026, Ellie will begin further ministry training as she continues to develop her gifts in encouraging and equipping the people of God—for His glory.
